About Geopanel Linear

Geopanel Linear is a cost-effective solution that uses the beauty of natural wood to create acoustical comfort in any space. This panel system can be used to create both traditional and contemporary styles, and is perfect for both renovation and new construction projects.

Geopanel Linear is offered in a variety of wood species, configurations, blade sizes, and panel lengths and widths. Geopanel Linear is an excellent choice for open spaces and is often used in colleges, schools and gathering spaces.

Solid wood or veneered planks are factory assembled into panels using black wood backers, offering the appearance of sectioned panels on the ceiling. The wood backers ensure stability and the colour is fully customizable.

Easy installation and versatility make this paneling very cost-effective, and a great option for a variety of projects.

 

Installation Highlights

Panels can be directly mounted to the grid or wood furring of the ceiling or wall. The positioning of the wood backers makes the installation process quick and easy as they are always perfectly aligned with the main runners of a standard grid system.

The panels are engineered to ensure monolithic appearance and equal spacing between blades. Using either wood backers or a set of screws the panels can easily be installed to the ceiling with a high degree of accessibility. Wood backer clips are only recommended for use in non-seismic regions.

Acoustical performance can be enhanced by applying dense acoustic insulation to the back of the panels during the installation process.

As well, 百媚导航 uses low VOC finishes to contribute to sustainable design.
